The company was established to empower black professionals and to advance black economic empowerment. EXS is an employee owned and managed company with diverse expertise. Its members have been actively involved in the field of earth sciences i.e. Geohydrology, Geotechnical and Environmental sciences for years. Our aim is to provide clients with innovative and cost effective solutions with the best available technology and technical options to ensure the minimization of the actual/potential impacts to its clients. EXS envisage continuous improvement for its clients to conduct their activities in a sustainable manner. Some of the company members have southern African and international experience and some of them are ISO14000 certified.
